User Provided Information
ShopCo collects and stores any information you provide us when using the Service or give us in any other way, including when you register for an account, purchase a product using the universal cart, or communicate with customer service. This information may include your name, billing and shipping address, phone number, birthday, email address, and password; payment card information (including credit or debit card details); and information you provide us when you contact us for support, including during Live Chat sessions.
For your convenience, we offer you the option of linking your existing retail accounts to your Shop.co account. If you choose to do this, we will store your login credentials for those online retailers.
Automatically Collected Information
When you use the Service, our servers automatically record certain information, including the websites you visit, your interaction with websites, details of products you’ve searched for and products you choose to buy, your application or online service provider, your IP address, mobile device ID, browser type, browser language, device type, and data contained in one or more cookies that may uniquely identify your browser, your computer, your device and/or your ShopCo account. “Cookies” are small data files that are stored on the hard drive of the computer you use to view a website.
