Health and Beauty Eyebrows e.l.f. Cosmetics Holy Strokes Micro-Fine Eyebrow Pencil Neutral What is Holy Strokes Micro-Fine Eyebrow Pencil Neutral Brown 0.7 ml? The Holy Strokes Micro-Fine by elf is a liquid eyebrow pen with an ultra-fine tip, designed to draw fine strokes that mimic natural brow hairs. Although it's called a pencil, it doesn't have a lead: the color comes out through a flexible tip, leaving a light pigment that can be intensified. The Neutral Brown shade is a brown with neutral undertones, as its name suggests. Benefits Hair-like strokes : the micro-fine tip allows you to fill gaps hair by hair, without the eyebrow looking like a painted block of color. Light and buildable pigment: one stroke gives a subtle result and, if you want more definition, simply go over the strokes again. Water and rub resistant : it lasts all day without running with sweat or rain. 100% vegan and cruelty-free formula, with Leaping Bunny certification. Who is it for? For those with sparse, patchy, or very light eyebrows who want to fill them in realistically, or for those seeking a microblading-like effect without going to a salon. The Neutral Brown shade is suitable for medium brown hair. How to apply Holy Strokes Micro-Fine Eyebrow Pencil Neutral Brown 0.7 ml? With your eyebrows clean and dry, brush the hairs upwards with a spoolie. Draw short, light strokes in the direction of hair growth, starting from the middle and the tail, leaving the inner corner of the eyebrow softer. Use minimal pressure: the less pressure you apply, the finer the stroke. Product use You can use it alone or combine it with a brow gel or pomade: first the strokes, then the setting product. Since it's waterproof, a two-phase makeup remover or cleansing oil works best for removal. Make sure to close the cap tightly after each use.
