Kites Cooperative Card Game, Ages 8+, by Flood Gate Games, Cooperative Family Game, Card Game for Group Play

Kites is a cooperative card game where players work together to keep a colorful collection of kite timers running. Each timer represents a kite in the sky, and the group must coordinate its turns carefully before any timer runs out. On a turn, players play a card and flip the matching sand timer, then work with the other players to decide what should happen next. The changing timer durations create a lively challenge, encouraging communication, quick decisions, and shared planning. If a timer empties before it can be turned over, a kite crashes, so every player must stay alert. To play, players must coordinate their efforts to keep all timers moving and try to complete the challenge before any kite crashes. With straightforward rules and an engaging real-time rhythm, Kites is designed for group play and makes a great addition to a family or games-night collection.
