Chianti Classico 'Tenuta Perano' Frescobaldi 2023

The Chianti Classico “Tenuta Perano” originates from the estates of the Frescobaldi winery located near Gaiole in Chianti, one of the historic municipalities of production for the Chianti Classico denomination. The wine has a beautiful bright violet color and a wide and clean bouquet of aromas, a prelude to a sip where the tannic structure vibrates the drink, always satisfying. A label you can't go wrong with, discovering the tradition of the Chianti terroir. The “Tenuta Perano” is a Chianti Classico made from Sangiovese grapes, enriched by the presence of other small percentages of red berry varieties allowed by the production regulations. The vineyards where these varieties grow surround the gentle hills of Gaiole in Chianti, at about 500 meters above sea level, with a south and southwest exposure. The vines have a particular shape, reminiscent of an amphitheater, thus ensuring perfect sunlight exposure and concentrating heat in the soils. After destemming the bunches, the grapes are pressed. After vinification, the wine matures for two years in steel containers and in barrique, until the Marchesi de’ Frescobaldi winery begins the bottling operations. Chianti Classico “Tenuta Perano” branded Frescobaldi reveals itself visually with a violet color, possessing a beautiful luminous imprint. The array of aromas enveloping the nose moves on predominantly fruity and floral notes, enriched by aromatic touches and balsamic spices.
