Caldion 170cm Grey Corduroy 2-Seater Sofa Bed - Frame-Free, Washable Cover & No Assembly Grey 60cm H X 170cm W X 90cm D

A sofa that arrives in a box and needs no assembly. Unbox the vacuum-compressed sofa, place it where you want it, and give it 48-72 hours to relax back to full shape. There are no tools and nothing to bolt together. Because there is no frame inside, the whole sofa ships compressed in a single rectangular carton - it goes up narrow staircases and through doorways that a pre-built sofa simply will not clear, which is the practical reason so many buyers choose it for flats and period terraces. 1. Arrives in One Carton, No Assembly at All: No tools, no bolts, no afternoon spent with an Allen key. Unbox the vacuum-compressed sofa, set it where you want it, and leave it 48-72 hours to relax back to full shape. The frame-free build packs into a single rectangular carton that clears narrow staircases and tight doorways.. 2. Two Seats by Day, a Bed When Someone Stays: Sit on it as a two-seater with the back and cushions upright for everyday use, then fold the back and seat down together and it becomes a bed for guests. One piece covers both jobs - which is the whole point in a flat where a spare bed has nowhere to live.. 3. Wide-Wale Cord Pile You Can See and Feel, Not a Flat Weave: The upholstery is a wide-wale, ribbed cord pile running across the arms, back cushions and seat, rather than a smooth flat fabric. The same cord is used throughout, so the texture reads as one piece instead of a patchwork of different weaves - and the ribs add surface softness rather than a hard, flat edge.. 4. 28D60 Foam, and a Cover You Can Take Off: The seat is built from 28D60 high-resilience foam that springs back after firm pressure, with softer 26D foam through the arms and back cushions - all wrapped in the corded cover, which is removable for washing (check the inner care label first). Base is a drip-coated oxford fabric.. Brand Name: Caldion.
